replacing the windshield on my 62
my question is
is the filler strip just foam rubber that's available in any home depot type store
looks like 1/2" wide x maybe 3/16 thick ?

If I remember right the foam is denser than standard box store foam.

after reading rich5962 detail instructions I sent him a pm ,, he was kind enough to answer with the size and that it is used as a filler for the dead space in the frame
Its amazing the help we get on here
