C1 Interior Paint
If the exterior of my '59 was frost blue, what color blue would be the interior, frost or horizon? And would it be gloss, semi-gloss, or flat?

It would be Frost Blue. It would be gloss but not a high gloss close to semi gloss. The Frost Blue interior color was carried over into '60.
