If you need only the function of the capacitor and aren't concerned about numbers, buy an ignition condenser at your FLAPs. The capacitance value for noise suppressors isn't critical and a condenser will work fine.

Note: "condenser" is an archaic word for "capacitor". Regarding ignition, the use of the word "condenser" will probably live forever.
This particular capacitor has a rather rare sort of connector on the lead...you'd have to fabricate something similar to connect it electrically. I'd spend the $21 for a nice repro with the correct stampings and connector...

That connector appears to be a standard GM56 series, which is available at NAPA. P/N 725146 for the housing, P/N 725145 for the terminal.
If I've got the gender of the connector wrong, then use 725147 and 725148.
If these are the same connectors, I'd just make up my own noise suppression capacitor before I'd spend $21. But that's just me...
