1958 Ignition Switch Lock Problem
I am trying to find any information that well help me diagnose (and repair) a problem with the ignition switch. The switch will not turn all the way left to the "Lock" position. This effectively makes it so a key is not needed to start the car (obviously not a good thing). I have not been able to find anything that explains what the problem might be or what solution I should pursue. Does the whole switch need replaced or is there something else that I could try?
