Pretty sure there's nothing stock about that car.
Interestingly, as the OP in from MO, there was a SWC in St Louis at a dealer's last year that was a similar non-stock color; he ran it on ebay several times.

2020 C1 of the Year Finalist - Modified
Here you go....That car sold at Mecum earlier this month for $270,000!!!
Write up says its Platinum Pearl.
DESCRIPTION
ESTIMATE: $250,000 - $300,000
Jeff Hayes of American Speed Shop of Bloomington, Indiana, is no stranger to building show-winning Corvette Resto Mods, most notably ones based on the mid-year variety comprising the years 1963 to 1967. His latest creation is this fabulous low-riding 1963 Split Window Coupe Resto Mod. Completed by Hayes in February 2014, it begins with a custom fabricated tube steel frame designed to accept Corvette C5 front suspension and C6 rear suspension. From that point it is a matter of choice when it comes to power trains and accessories; in this case, a C6 Corvette LS3 all-aluminum V-8 with EFI and a hot cam delivers 500 HP to a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission and C6 rear end. A Wilwood master cylinder and plumbing feed a brand new 4-wheel disc brake system with 6-piston calipers and drilled and slotted rotors, all sourced from the very capable ZR1. That brake system works on new GM 8.5x18-inch front and 12x19-inch rear Spider alloy wheels shod with Nitto Performance Invo tires. The finished rolling chassis provides the foundation for the car’s Split Window Coupe body, exquisitely finished in Platinum Pearl and housing a superbly executed Dark Red leather interior. Power steering, hood lift and windows, Vintage Air and heat and a retro-look AM/FM stereo are just a few of the features in this spectacular build that brims with tantalizing details.

Did anyone ever figure out the paint color of Jeff's car? I have been looking online at the House of Kolor PBC-42 Platinum Pearl Base Coat but that seems a little light.
It almost looks like a hint of green in it, but an awesome color. The second car he did looks a little more grey.
