I thought I created a post a while back that identified all the firewall holes for 1958, but in my search on the forum, I couldn't find it, and information that I did find, had broken links or pictures. So, I want to revive this for those that might need this information (including myself).
In my search, I ran across a post on a 58 showed and "eye-hook" on the firewall. I had one also, but was told that it wasn't original. Mine was lower, than the one shown on this post. Anyone know if/what this eye-hook was used for? I removed mine and filled the hole. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c1-a...wall-pics.html
Here is a diagram that I created and others that I have found (I believe from CC) a while back showing all the holes and what goes in them. I'm hoping people looking at this can verify the information and together we can have a very accurate diagram.

I'm slowly getting my insulation in, but I see I have two holes in the firewall, but no hole in the insulation. I believe one is the for the Hood Cable and the other for the Washer Hoses. Is this correct?
