Default Help Needed - Installing Trailing Arm to Leaf Spring

Yiikes - doing a body off restoration and just rebuilt the trailing arms. Trying to figure out the best way to re- install with the body off. There is a lot of energy in that leaf spring and I can see that it could certainly injure if not careful - especially with no weight in the back end of the car.

Use a ratcheting strap over the upper frame ceoss member, that way it pulls the leaf spring up.
