What terminals do I hook my ohm meter to, to check the rheostat which dims the dash lights?
Any idea of resistance to expect from full open to closed?

Here you go... (note I edited my error in the first reply)
To measure resistance of the rheostat connect leads to the Light Blue(Dimmer Sw) terminal and the 3 terminals for the Inst(dash) lights Gray wires go. I don't know the value but it's very low ohms.
The single terminal is for the courtesy light on/off function at the HL switch.
