I have an issue on my 63 coupe with the passenger side window not going up. The drivers side works fine but when I try the passenger side, I can hear what sounds like a relay click coming from under the passenger side dash only when I hit the down position but nothing in the up position. Is there a relay under the dash or should I start with the switch and then check the motor in the door? I know it worked last time I tried but that could have been over a year ago. Any ideas? Thanks.
I would be taking off the door panels and access plates to check for binding/other issues. That also gives access to the motor connector so you can use a battery to apply voltage at the motor's electrical terminals and check operation.
Keep fingering that switch with the window in a bind and you'll fry a motor.
IIRC there are no relays in an original setup (not in my '61 anyway)....
However, some aftermarket setups will have "polarity reversing" relays to make the original switches work with aftermarket motors. If that's the case the relays could be attached anywhere by the installer.

Had the passenger side connector pop out of motor from slamming
it the connector is on the very front pretty hard to get to it took me a while to wiggle the connector back in place. Took a small camera
and took picture what I was working with. No clicking relays under dash
