I need to get my '66 trailing arms re-built. They've never been apart and I won't to get them done for safety's sake. I'm within driving distance of Ikerd's in Indiana. Saw their rebuild ad in the NCRS driveline. Anyone have any feedback? PM if you do. Thx.

I believe that they will do you a fine job. Many of us use Bairs, Duntov Motors, VanSteel, and Gary Ramadei. Bairs and Gary R. are my personal recommendation to you.
You simply package the arms in special cardboard boxes and sent them off. Two weeks (or so) later they arrive back at your doorstep finished. But you can also deliver to Ikerds if you live close and save some transportation $$$.
Ikerd's has been doing this work for decades. I have never heard of a problem with using them. It is not rocket science, and experience plays a big role. They have this experience.
I took my assemblies to Ikerd's and just exchanged them and installed in my trailing arms about 3 years ago if I ever need anything rebuilt again I would use him. His work is guaranteed and will help with any questions.
