'63 Restomod in VETTE
This '63 I shot was just posted to VETTE magazine's page. It has a supercharged LS7 with a C4 chassis. The owner is a really nice guy and a pleasure to work with, so I hope you guys like it. For purists, keep in mind that this car was not a good candidate for restoration.

I live two miles from the owner and saw it while Mike worked it up; tried to buy the body years ago (along with everybody else in town).
Over the top quality and scrumptious to look at. It causes a sensation anytime its out and about....
The owner says it will still 'hook up' even with the supercharger - hmmm....I wonder ?

Thanks for the build video Mike! Here is another video from the photo shoot. I shot it at the Apopka airport.

Yup - its been over the house a couple of times. I think Ken likes to make my other cars look bad

Cool car!
Is it just me or does the front clip appear to be a few shades lighter than the rest of the car? Perhaps it is just the photos. I wonder how the 67 center e brake was used without causing interference with the driveshaft, unless a 2" driveshaft was used???

Its just that Mercedes silver sheen - the paint is evenly matched and beautiful everywhere on the car....

Stunning!

I really like the car, shows true craftsmanship everywhere you look at. I just wish people would stop using those ubiquitous C5/6 wheels on these builds and start using something more unique. Other than the wheels the car is perfect.

I caught that too, thought it was my eyes the front clips looks like a different shade of silver, maybe its the light or pic, still one heck of a build...

It's not a paint mismatch, it's the door's flat shape that causes the light to refract off it different making it look darker in pictures. You would probably not see difference looking at it in person, just in pictures.

I knew I'd seen the paint used on this 63 do the same on another C2, a 66, makes doors look like paint was mismatched.

My '67 Chevelle SS in Marina blue would do the same thing in some lighting
