you would have to purchase a conv top frame, the hardware for the frame, and then have a local top shop put on a top for you. Paragon offers the cov. top frame for $1600 and you can get the hardware and top from several of the major corvette vendors. Paragon # 1-800-8824688. Chicago Corvette also offers the conv frame & hardware & top.
One other thing you may want to think about is that the Corvette Expo in Knoxville is Oct 25-27 and Al Knoc who makes a great top is there and they will install the tops at the show, assuming you have the frame assembly and other hardware needed. you might also find a used frame for sale by one of the parts vendors at the show but they are usually hard to find.
There are two reproducers of aftermarket frames. I have owned one from each. The one I kept is from Coffman Corvette in Clermont Fl. 1-352-394-1311 fax 394-2153. I can recomend it highly. The other will get no comment due to lawyers lurking everywhere. Coffmans tops can be shipped already on the frams as they have c1, c2, and c3 car center sections in the shop to use as jigs. A very clever and good way to do it. I drove my car to the shop and they installed and adjusted it in about one hour. It fits better than 95% of the cars I've ever seen and a whole bunch of NCRS class cars. Al Knoch does install tops at shows but be sure the frame is adjusted perfectly or it will never be right once the material is on. He has material installers not frame technicians. As for buying a used frame unless it's real cheap and very good shape be prepared to pay as much to make it right as you will pay for a new frame plus you'll need latches, pieplates, and other misc. parts.
