Looks like a Karl Kustom Corvette
Don't know why it's not "Karl Kustom Korvette" but I think that's what we have here. If so, it started life as a C6. They keep the C6 mechanicals and interior and apply their Sting Ray-ish bodywork.

I saw one just this Saturday in Sarasota - touted as a "2009 Split Window". There was a big sign with all the details but wasn't interested enough to read it. Looked like a kit car/restomod type deal right off the bat. I think the license plate pretty much nails the pedigree.
