Default Rear end decoding question

I have what I believe to be a mid year section but not sure on how to tell the numbers. On the bottom looks like AO 23 65, under half shaft looks like L144, and on the side near the front looks like 3818783 or 3818763
Any ideas. Value.

it started out as a 3.70:1 posi with a 4 speed and 327 engine
