Default '63 lube fittings

I have a '63 SWC with power steering and can count 11 lube fittings..... am I missing any? Also, appreciate a lube diagram as I don't see any in my shop manual. Thanks, begee22

It's in the first section of your GM shop manual. I also believe it's your owners manual. There is 3 or 4 on the steering linkage 4 ball joints and one on the the clutch cross shaft if a manual.

But that is for a SWC. How many does a convertible have?

I dunno Mike. I'm still waiting for a non split window 63 coupe. It's like it was a option. Because I am reminded everytime someone talks about a 63.

Thanks, just wondering.

Also wondering why they didn't make my '63 hardtop a split? Seems like they wanted to give the public a choice?

I've taken the hint. I try to refrain from the SWC moniker in posts where the coupe vs convertible discussion isn't relevant. Seems to rankle some.

But I do backslide occasionally....I'm a work in progress...

Maybe Chevy already knew they made a huge mistake with 63 coupes and figured out how to correct it with hardtops for convertibles.

I agree...but imitation IS the sincerest form of flattery.
I don't even want to know what the owner paid for that thing
