I did a complete respray of my 63 SWC using the TCP Gobal lacquer restoration shop brand and have been very happy with it. Paint is almost 2 years old, mostly garaged. This was painted in a home gravel floor booth.
The Restoration shop Lacquer is fine. I have used it several times. It is a lot thinner than PPG DDL, but it is quarter the price! I like PPG DDL, but my local jobber does not have as many of the toners anymore for the mixing. The Restoration Shop lacquer just takes more paint for the same coverage, but still a good value.

agree with you on the restoration shop, if you specify ppg they will mix it for you, well they did about a year ago
