I've always wanted to know how an entire ignition system works and finally got around to finding a great illustrated presentation (put on mute to avoid the not so great background music). Obviously, this isn't for the guys who already know, but for those who were curious:

No problem, I understand. Been meaning to do a summary/cliff notes page for it for quite a while, but it's been a busy year so far. Perhaps over the winter.
