Default 63 Hubcap Question

Can you tell if these caps are correct? They are for sale in my city (Kannapolis) and if they are right and a good deal I can assist by checking them out if anyone is really interested.

Yes, those are '63 wheel covers and they appear to be in good condition. I see only a few minor hammer dents around the periphery.

They are '63 wheel covers however there are 2 versions. Dependent on how correct your wanting/needing to be the version has a "frosted" finish. The version on your link is the easier of the 2 to find.

In 1966 my wife bought me a set that I always thought were 1963... maybe I'm wrong but note that the inside "rim" of the hubcap is a "matte" (non-shiny) finish, unlike those in the pics

alittle hard to see in this pic but maybe someone can tell me what year mine are if they are not 63....

Something like the first 2500 cars (those built through October 62), came with "frosted" wheel covers. After that, the full polished cover was used.
