Default Anyone own or familiar with 250hp Fuel Injected 1958 ?

If a 58 was fuel injected AND had a windshield washer system ordered the washer system was moved to the passenger side...if it was a 250hp fuelie the tach cable ran to the generator.

Question is- on such a car, 250hp fuelie with a washer system, where does the tach cable go thru the firewall ?

I know the 290hp fuelie has an oval hole behind the distributor. I've read the tach cable hole for the 250hp is located elsewhere- but can't find a description just where its supposed to be.

Passenger side of firewall would make sense- since it goes to the generator- but the grommet located there on our 58- is a windshield washer hose grommet- that old grommet being there is an indicator that the car may have originally been a fuelie.

I'm familiar with other unique features of FI cars- just trying to figure out where the tach cable is supposed to go thru firewall in a 250hp fuelie.

thanks-

Have you read through the NCRS judging manual and AIM? That would be the first two things I would check
