1963 engine ID?
How do I know if the engine numbers are for a 63 C2?

Well, to start with, the block casting number - at the left rear of the block- would need to be 3782870.
However, that is only a start as that block was used for both Corvettes and passenger cars.
Beyond that you would need to post up the letters and digits that are impressed into the stamp pad at the right front of the block.
Pictures would be helpful.

OK my engine number is T0127S or TOI27S
Now if I can locate the original vin number?
The vin on the registration is a number given by the Thai government when the car was imported so it has nothing to do with a real vin number

T= Tonawanda Plant
01= January
27= 27th of Jan.
S= Passenger car 250hp 327 with Powerglide trans
That engine would not have had a VIN derivitive originally.

Take a look below your glove box. Your serial number tag along with your cars trim tag should be there on the cross bar.
