you added a 6 by error between the 30 and the 867, so double check it all again, but you have car #10680 out of 21513 if the right side of the number sequence is accurately written down! Probably built in latter February!

867 means convertible basically!

Even a correct vin only tells you it's a 63 and a convertible and the sequence number it was built. No other info in the vin on midyears.

It was built either Nov 3rd or Mar 3rd (depending on whether that is C3 or G3) And it was white, with some color vinyl interior. I won't address the engine stamp.
EDIT: OK, I see where you have another thread about the engine stamp and you were given the correct info there. The engine is from a 62 full size 327 chevy with powerglide.

In 1963 model year the trim tag date code is month/week of production so C3 stands for third week of March, I suspect based on your vin it was early in the third week. 490M I believe indicates red vinyl interior, looks like its a white/red convertible built the third week of March 1963 and that it has a passenger car block.

Without knowing the casting date, it could also be from a '63 or '64 Passenger car.
