I was going to post this earlier, but working on it. I tracked down where this engine came from and am in contact with the actual guy who had the car, and took out this engine to put in a big block. Will update when I know more.
edit to add: I also asked the new seller some pertinence like stamped numbers and cast dates since I'm looking at photos of that right now. I know them, but does this $2,000 BIN seller know? We'll see.

Oh! Darn it! i had just gotten my money order for the $2000. I guess that I wasn't fast enough.
I sent the "seller" AKA scammer, a message through Ebay exposing his ad as a fake. His reply- "Hi thank you for your message. It looks like my account has been hacked. Sorry for the happening".
