I was surprised at how much 'punch' was required to free up the clutch. Good thing my friend was the one behind the wheel because it was far harder than I was assuming.

I've put a monthly recurring reminder in my Outlook calendar to make sure that I at least get it out of the garage enough to keep it from locking up again.

If it happens again you will be able to free it up no problem at all.
Glad you got it fixed. Sounds like it was stuck really good.
