Might try a Dr Vinyl shop. Some times they are located with or work in association with a Dent Doctor franchise. That's pretty strange looking damage. Almost looks like heat caused it.

Can't speak for the availability of this service in Sweden, but here in the USA, most new and used car dealers have a "guy" that comes to the dealership to repair vinyl defects, cloth seat defects, etc.
You might try calling a few car dealers and find out if they use such a service.
Here in the USA, these guys are mobile.. usually making house calls to various dealerships.

Fill it caulk or JB weld and order vinyl dye from Mid America paint the section it will look better than it does now. Cut it out make it flat blend it back
