1963-67 rear valance differences?

1963-67 rear valance differences?
I've been trying to figure this out, but stuck. Is this correct? Anything missing? Also, at the very bottom, as installed, to the sides of the mufflers are two holes each side. Are these bolted to something, like the rear quarter panel? Also, are there fit differences, like rear bumper support rods, etc?
1963: white fiberglass, thinner metal bezels
1964-1965: gray fiberglass, thinner metal bezels
1966-1967: black fiberglass, thicker chromed (plastic?) bezels

I can only help on a couple of your questions regarding my '66.
Yes, the two holes at each end of the valance do bolt onto the quarter panels and, the bezels are (pot) metal, not plastic. Hope this helps a little.

If you look at the bezel mounting holes, they're in different places for different years.
Which year, which orientation?
I have gray fiberglass with the 1966-67 pot metal bezels with mount holes left/right and trying to determine if they were added, or if it's wrong and I need a new panel or only new 64/65 bezels.

These particular flanges don't yet have drilled holes for the U-nuts which accept the mounting screws from inside the bezel tube.
