What is the proper way to change the email address and keep the current forum ID ?
I have a friend who tried to do that and he was kicked off the Forum for signing up twice.
Just want to know since I am always contemplating changing internet providers and don't want to loose my spot on the forum..

If you need to change your email, go into your profile page by clicking on your screen name. Under Your Control panel, under Settings, there's a link that says "edit email & password."
If someone makes a mistake in registration or login and has a second screen name, that second name will just be removed. You won't get thrown off the forum, just explain it to an Admin. People get tossed for multi screen names when it's intentional.
If you have further issues, post a thread in the Help section and one of those guys will help you directly, or PM an Admin.
