If you did have to replace the starter...mini IS the way to go esp the ones where you can change the clocking.
Bought a cheapie $89 one at a swap meet 12 yrs ago been in 4 motors still does the job and no heat soak from the headers ever. Plus they are light
Hopefully, that BB starter will stay put and keep working. If not, that was my intent, go with the mini. Thanks
