Seat frames

Are the seat frames the same on a 56-60 or is there a left and right. If different how do you tell which is which

There is a left and right. The lifted bend goes to the outside. It is where the seat adjustment lever goes. There is a difference in the years. However,I can not remember exactly what it is.

Ive been through this already. Conclusion was that they are the same. They only become left and right after you bolt the tracks on.
