Holley production dates

Hi guys,

I just bought a 66 427/425. The holley has a casting date of 813. Can anyone tell me how to translate this?

if you are referring to the stamped date code on the air horn;
model year 1968. 1st month. 3rd week.

Actually, the first digit ("8") is the calendar year, not the model year.
