C2 of the Year Finalist - Modified 2020
Is there some super force out there drawing certain people to these so called barn finds? Dennis

With the interior being "a little wet" I wonder how much deterioration this '67 427/400 has really endured being in a pole barn all those years. Great car and find though.

This is close to my home. First time reading this story.
In 1984 I worked with a guy that told me about a 1967 Vette that was sitting in the woods. He told me it was a coupe and 435hp. I never saw the car but this is it. No coupe and no 435hp. Final after all these years I get the real story.
The guy with the Vette was into Chetahs and I did see him at a car show back in the 80;s but I didnt know he owned the 67 Vette.
2-years back I had a c-2 rad for sale and a local guy came and bought it for the Chetah restoration. One of his friends bought the Chetah or Chetah's and he was helping with the restoration. I do know the Vette sat out-side for at-least 30yrs in the woods before the original owner built a crude wooding building.
