The jack will have a cast bottom base with SJ4356 casting in the center of the base. The jacks were used from 53-61. 62 jacks were similar except for the threads on the shaft.

Correction. That should be SJ4653. Gerald is usually spot on, but got a couple of numbers reversed on this one.

So I assume the repo has no stamped #? What do he repos sell for?
My car came with a box of old parts which includes a jack that looks somewhat new with a tag (swap meet) on it that says $450.00 I hope the PO did not pay that for it.

That's what originals go for (or at least what people ask).
Corvette Central has the reproduction 53-61 jack ('62 is a little different) for $239. Looks exactly like the original (complete with stamped number) if you remove the idiot protector on the threaded shaft. Easy to do.
The reproduction jacks were out of stock at most suppliers. Backorder was expected to be June 2017. Evidently, the manufacturer does a batch every now and then when they get enough orders to do a production run. I would say original jacks are priced in the $800 plus range, they are pretty rare these days.
If you can find one worth buying, you will pay upwards of $900+. They are out there, but the reproduction is clearly for show and is fairly detectable from an original. Show us some pictures of the one you found in the box for $450. We should be able to tell you if real or repo.

This one just came with the box of parts and I was wondering if it was real and it definitely is not so no reason to post a pic. If it was I likely would have sold it to someone that needed it. It is not a repo either, just some type of good usable jack that I am happy to use with the car.
