50/63 = 0.793
IF you pull the driven gear in your trans, and find that you have 22 teeth, for example...
HOWEVER, note the 2 different sizes of DRIVE gears in the transmission and note the DRIVEN gears that are used with that particular sized drive gear.
Remember too that the diameter of your tires as well as changes in the rear gear ratio might be causing the large discrepancies in your speedo reading...... assuming that the speedo head itself is properly calibrated.
