Default Snow

It's been snowing here for 30 hrs. Didn't the ground hog say 6 more weeks of winter about 6 weeks ago?

A few weeks ago, I saw a report that the ski areas of N. Calif had over 500 inches of snow. They couldn't operate the ski lifts because some of the chairs were buried in the snow.

My parents house is 20 miles away, there, yes.
They live on the St Lawrence river.

Still is here just outside Watkins Glen, but hell it's snowed almost constantly since mid December. Spring cannot get here soon enough.....feel half insane right now, no joke.

Can't believe the snow totals in the NE. We got a free pass on winter in northern Illinois this year, longest winter span of no measurable snowfall in recorded history. I was driving my 67 in mid-February for the first time ever.

I'm sure we will get hammered next year.

We got only rain out of that big storm but the roads are loaded with large amounts of salt now. Looks like NJ used EVERYTHING they had left all at once. I was driving through huge piles of salt today.

My son is snowbound at school in Binghamton, NY . Over... 30 inches so far and still falling. They're surviving on pop tarts and Ramen noodles...lol

Isn't that the standard college dorm menu anyway?
