Distributor question
I just got a 1962 340hp distributor from a friend. dual point with no advance. #1110985. It is in mint condition with its original cap. Very little use at all. Any one know what these are worth? :confused: Thanks for any help.

I regard all dist. I purchase with a "jaundiced" eye, and will rebuild them no matter what (many potential wear items that need to be checked/replaced). Therefore, it would involve disassembly, and perhaps parts. I would offer $25 (this is not meant to be an insult) if no one else makes an offer or opinion. Certainly a dist. as you describe it would be worth a lot more, but my experiance says to be careful (been bit before).
Perhaps offering it on Ebay would be best way for you to sell it?
