Odometer Question
The speedo cable in my '66 backed out of the speedometer and when it was reinstalled the speedo worked but the odometer won't. It was working prior to the cable backing out. What did I do wrong? Or, does this mean I need to repair the whole unit? I assume that means pulling the instrument panel? Thanks in advance for any advice.

They're fragile and the gear train may have just given up the ghost - a common C2 problem. You could fiddle with the reset button, etc.. but its a dash pull to fix it... You didn't do anything wrong...
