(while not being a C1 guy, I am just guessing)
Still learning here. There was a neat clip on these cars on the
2 hr Monterey special last week.

Both race SR2s escaped from the factory in the early sixties. One was raced by Yenko Chevrolet and the other by Nickey Chevy. They were not competitve and were outdated by this time. I saw a picture taken at Yenko in 1964 and the SR2 was on display.
