Thanks Paul....Im actually going to be up your way this summer the last week in July/ first week in August if you're going to be in town. I'd love to swing by for a few minutes and check out your collection...and buy you a cold one if you've got the time. I'll shoot you an email later in the summer if you think you'll be around

That's a beautiful '64 with my favorite exterior color. I believe that's the 1st time I've actually seen Daytona Blue with a white interior. Very nice! I'm happy for you and it's great you're planning to drive and enjoy it. Good Luck.

Gorgeous car, leave it bone stock. If you want disc brakes buy a '65. JMHO.

Quick story: 30 years ago I was in P'cola hoping to fly Navy. ASVAB was off the chart and I was fit but the eyes checked out at 20/30 for near vision. The recruiter pushed me hard for RIO but I declined, thinking I only wanted it if I could drive the plane. Biggest mistake I ever made in my life.

Enjoy that fabulous car!

Beautiful 64 Greg, I see you have the back up lights option also. Your going to get alot of miles with smiles in that car.

I think it officially starts at 4 and runs to 8 or 8:30. There are several places to have dinner so you may want to work that in. There will probably be over 150 cars there with the weather forecast. I may get there a little early as my club runs it this weekend.

Nice car, especially like the white interior. Good to see some other young guys getting involved with these cars.

Agreed....I think the issue with the C2 and the younger crowd is the price point on anything that isn't a complete basket case. I consider myself extremely lucky to be able to scrape together enough pennies to afford such a car....and have a wife willing to entertain such a purchase.

I have many friends with equally nice cars of the same vintage, they just happen to be Camaros, Chevelles, Novas, etc. The price jump from a nice, driver quality Camaro to a nice, driver quality C2 is a big one

the old MH-53E's....the similarities between the aircraft and the cars are getting to be amusing and frustrating at the sane time!

Greg and Marc,

I may drop by just for fun, although my '65 still is in the engine swap stage, weather permitting plus getting over a hellacious jet lag.
