Voltage Ref/Generator Question
Is the voltage regulator or the generator supposed to have a condenser
attached on a 62?
I've seen both with and without a condenser and I am installing a new
VR. Don't want to add either if not necessary.

I believe it was only for AM radio interference.

Yes, they all came equipped with them. The generator one ended in 095, voltage regulator one last three numbers were 580. Sorry I can't give you the whole number, but I'm going by memory. The coil had one, too. 452 on that one. Reproductions are available, but they will fool only some of the general public.
