Thanks to this forum and others, plus some vendor catalogs and Google I have almost been able to rebuild the rear suspension on my '67 SB. But, I have hit a dead end on installing my brakes. Strangely, the AIM has little detail on the rear brakes (that I can find). My chassis manual says that the torque on the caliper half bolts and the caliper mount bolts is 130. Is that correct? Also, do the caliper mounting bolts use split washers? I tried using split washers and they distorted well before 130 lbs. What it the correct length for the caliper mounting bolts? I searched all of this, but got a variety of answers depending on the year.

Thanks for the tip. I realized that as soon as I posted. I tried to edit the title, but couldn't.
