Default C2 fiberglass floor pan repair

Hello
I am searching for fiberglass floor pan repair panels for my 65 coupe.

Does anyone know if these are sold or even available?

Thanks in advance!

Never seen a reproduction floor pan for sale that I recall, might be better served to find something used.

How bad are yours damaged?

Post up some pictures, might not be that big of a deal to repair.

If you need a fairly good size piece for splicing in for a repair - You could probably build a plywood form, coat it with some sort of release agent, and laminate 4 - 6 layer of glass and resin down to match thickness. Then trim and sand the hand laid side smooth as required, bevel edges and laminate into the floor. This would work particularly well for flat areas but even if there are some ridges, or depression features, they could probably be duplicated with wood blocks or routing on the form and contoured in with body filler.

Semersheim's catalog shows a hand laid complete floorboard, not cheap, but you'd have to call to find out what "complete" means; they individually offer the floor section over the driveshaft/differential.

They've been bought out and have an equally weird name now (which escapes me)..

I would line the mold with Mylar sheet or even Saran Wrap, but it's harder to work with.
