If for a C1, I would like a copy of this as well. I was just going to use the top as a template, but would like to check against factory spacing.

I need this for a C2. Had planned to do it after the car is finished, but would rather do it before paint.

GM (shop manual?) does it with the top as a template.

I have never heard of a separate template for drilling those holes. Even if one existed, I would not use it. Each hard top (now 50 + years old) may fit a particular car a bit differently depending on how it was stored (upright, hoist flat ect) add to that some variation in body gaps ect between cars and you get the idea. When I did mine I took the top I acquired, fit IT to the windows and front header and THEN made the holes in the deck lid. You will get the best end result for your particular situation doing it that way. Pilot Dan

What Dan said. Fit the car to the top, not the top to the car. They are all slightly different . . . just enough so that pre-drilled holes will only be frustrating.

That's the way I did mine, no problems.
