Default brake question

I have a 64 roadster. are the brake pedal swing arms different for power brake cars and non power brake cars? mine has disc/drum, dual master cylinder conversion. manual set up. still has power brake pedal assembly. car stops fine, but pedal is hard to push. just wondered if the manual swing arm was a different pitch or length.
thanks, phil

There are two holes for the clevis in the brake pedal downrod. The lower hole is for power brakes, the upper for manual. A power brake master cylinder is tilted so the lower hole is required, it also compensates for the reduced pedal effort to operate.
