Default Radiator Side Seals

I have a 61 FI car and I have these seals that I would like to install.
Any one have a picture of how they get installed? I looked at the AIM and they only show the lower seals.
Thanks,
Joe

This looks like a beneficial improvement for the FI 61. I looked at the picture and it does not jump out how to install. Hope someone can help as anything to help keep cooler is a plus. Good luck

In the 62 AIM, rpo 582 sheet 8.00 it shows specific dimensions. If you don't have that, send me your email and I will scan you a copy.

You also need these clips to attach the seals to the radiator support.

Are you going for originality? Or, improved cooling? If improved cooling, consider adding foam pipe insulation down the sides and across the top of the radiator.

I only have the 61 AIM and I would appreciate a copy of the 62 page.

I am not an original kind of guy. The pipe insulation sounds good to me, do you have any pictures?
I pulled the hood last night to clean up the front and install the bottom seals. There is a ton of space on the sides and bottom for the air to around the radiator!

look at the pic in #5, the rounded top stuff on either side of the radiator is folded over (to take up the space) pipe insulation shoved down alongside. the smooth 'bulge' acroos the top is just a different kind of pipe insulation in the gap between the radiator support and the radiator.

I don't have any pictures but the previous owner of my 62 made a complete covering from the lower bottom below the grill completely covering all gaps around the outside of the radiator, made from one piece of some thin rubber sheeting.
Another thing I did, to keep the bugs out of the radiator. Use some fiberglass window screening and frame it using vinyl material and attach with velcro.
