Fuse Box ACC Terminal
Is terminal labeled ACC on the fuse panel accessory power? That is hot when key is on or in accessory position, off in off position?
Thanks

You'd better measure voltage before you connect that. Looking at the back of the fuse box, it looks like that only has voltage when park or headlamps are on, and ignition doesn't matter. I was basing my answer on a modified block, check yours for 12v and you may have none when key is on. Sorry, but you need to verify what you have.
There is a bar that connects the green wire from the headlight switch to those two contacts, so it looks like it's "acc lamps" for both contacts and not "acc" on the left and "lamps" on the right one.
You may need to get your switched 12v from another source, like the radio plug or heater fan.

Acc Lps is short for accessory lamps. If the car had A/C, this is where you would connect your extra center dash illumination bulbs. Both terminals are connected. Power there only when lights are on.

That's correct, the power window lugs are 12v constant.

If you MUST get power from the fuse box, that brown wire that connects to the left side (when installed) of the heater and radio fuses clips is switched before the fuses. You could tie in there and fuse the wire you're adding. An easier place would be the yellow wire in the radio connector ***'y. (or some have a black with yellow stripe). I don't know what you're adding, but it would go through the radio fuse in that case.

The brown wire on the ignition switch connector is switched. It's the same electrical point shown at the fuse box with the blue circle on it in the picture I posted.

Maybe if you identified what your connecting and where it will be mounted?

You also have the brown wire to the wiper motor up there under the hood, but no open lugs to plug on to.
