Default ignition key cylinder replacement

Does anyone replace ignition cylinders? My 86 cylinder is sloppy and has finally quit working. Recent years it would make VATS think someone was stealing car, but now completely doesn't want to start. I am in Yamhill Oregon. Would prefer a mobile service since I can't drive it. Thank you.

You might get some more experienced help if you post this in C4.

Yup, this is the go to section for doers.

Any competant local locksmith or dealer can help you, you have to partially disassemble the steering column to replace it. Did something similar on my 2004 Silverado, but was able to fix and reinstall.
