Anybody know what this ECL code is? 67 Vette, BP code, St Louis build, 430 trim.

Used with C07 (auxilary hardtop) and not used with A31 (electric windows), A82 (headrest seats), A85 (shoulder harness) and M35 (Powerglide Automatic Transmission) on a convertible...obviously. 430 trim is Green vinyl.
