Default 62 corvette bolt pattern

Will 18x7 wheels with 5x4 1/2" bolt pattern fit on a 62 corvette all the way around?

Even if those wheels had the correct 5 x 4-3/4" bolt pattern, they're way too wide to fit.

Beginning with the 1949 Chevys, they had a 4 3/4 bolt pattern. This bolt pattern was on ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL Chevys (full size, Camaros, Vettes, Novas) as well as all GM A-body (mid size) cars.

I've never been a big fan of the larger diameter (18-22in) wheels, but the width should be OK. I have 15x6 stock GM steel wheels on the front of the 56 and stock 15x7 GM wheels on the rear of the 56 with zero clearance issues.

That is exactly correct. Seems as if it was the 71 model full size cars. I should have mentioned that, they had a 5 on 5 boltin pattern.
