Default C2 Cotter pin kit schematic --C/Central

Just received the cotter pin kit from Corvette central. Item#:572349 I'ts a nice little kit---WHEN THEY INCLUDE THE SCHEMATIC !!

Says it includes the schematic where ea one goes. ---Guess what---NOT there. I can sit here & guess most of the day & figure it out, but Id prefer to not waste alot of time. Some 38 pins & they really can't be reused.

By chance would one of you members have that page that they were supposed to send along with this.

I'd really appreciate it.

anywhere there is a castle nut a cotter pin goes in the through bolt. not sure how else to tell you to install them. and was your local hardware store all out of the cotter pins?

I guess I didn't explain it right. They were supposed to send along a sheet that showed where ea one went. I wanted to get the right ones & sizes etc. specific to ea castle nut on the suspension , not just generic ones from the hdwe store. I know how to use them NW.

Follow me now ? There's like 38 + in this kit

No I don't follow. each through bolt has a hole. Pick the cotter pin that fits tightly through the hole and is the right length. Then use that one. I never even heard of even thought there would be a kit for such thing. Maybe you should contact the vendor

Well yes they have the pin kit. It makes it nice & exact VS taking a generic pin & trimming it etc. They are closed today. I'll just wing it.

Check this kit # out on CC (Item# 572349) It's nice to have especially when you are lucky enough to have all your original hdwe/bolts etc from your car. I cleaned all my hardware & then sent it out to be replated, Black oxide ,etc.

Maybe you won't think I'm sooo crazy then-----lol

An instruction sheet for a cotter pin seems a little much.
