63 splitwindows in your area.
I live in CT. (small state) and it just seems to me that there are a lot of Splitwindows that I know of just in my area. 25 that I have seen.
Just wondering how many SW cars other people run into in other states.
thanks

25 x 50 states =. 1,250. Hell they made over 10,000! You probably have a lot more then 25!
I think the guy that tracks em in the sticky has a count over 4000! Just saying.

There are roughly 300,000 people within an hour's drive of my home in east central Alabama. I've gone to dozens of cruise in events in this area over the past ten years. I may have seen one SWC besides my own at an event, and I saw one that has been garaged for years in the hands of a collector. .... More than half of the people who speak to me at gas stations don't know what my SWC is and have never seen one before.

Once my SWC is out of the paint shop I'll be driving it one helluva lot less than I used to. Just not worth it to me anymore...

25!
There’s three others here that I know of, one is under construction, one was recently purchased and one is a Red/Red that the guy bought new!

There is a genuine, numbers FI 63 coupe in Okla City that I work on occasionally. This car has just undergon a TOTAL strip and (body on) repaint and a TOTAL new interior. I just finished doing a total rebuild/refinishing of the FI unit and detailing the engine.
There is also a black FI car that is owned by a professor at the University in Edmond, OK.
I'm sure there are some others in the OKC area, but I'm not personally familiar with them.

Bumped into this guy at the local grocery store as I was on the way to get my tires balanced - a matching number 340hp car. The guy hailed me down in the parking lot and leaned in the window and said his split window was parked nearby. I thought, "...yeah - sure buddy..." Lo and behold. And, of course there is a Mike Coletta restomod SWC and a Mark Napoli SWC I see regularly...
