Default Loudon, TN Corvette Expo Photos

The Expo was pleasant today- not the monster show of my youth with indoor beauties, and definitely a preponderance of late model rolling stock.

I did manage to sell my '69 coupe to a nice couple from Florida who will pick it up next week- the kind of transaction everyone can feel good about. From a space perspective it was the right move at this moment. I'll always keep coming back to various early C3's in the mix.

I actually feel a little relief having just two classics, with two young kids that's plenty to maintain and enjoy.

Anyway, I didn't get any photos of the swap meet which was ok, not amazing. I'd go to the show again in a heartbeat, but not if I lived hours away.

Enjoy the photos I did take. There were five in our group so I wasn't taking many swap or car corral photos. Feel free to add if you were there

Boatguy on the drive up!

My favorite car there. This 66 needed a little headlight massage but was totally honest looking in old lacquer and good color combo!

Whoa there ! Glen Green over Saddle Leather in a '66 Coupe is one that you don't see that often. I love it.

they are really a close second for me, but in my case the mustang was the harder car to find than the 69 (owing to it being a solid fastback at an unbeatable price) so I'll go without a c3 for a little bit.

Truthfully I see more early c3 inventory at- if not cheap- accessible prices.

I wondered since most occasions I see your car when I infrequently visited the Cleveland cruise in. (Now that I know we are both on forum I would love to get to meet the next time I cross paths with you).

Your cars stance is "the goal."
